Notice to California Residents:
Regardless of your marital status, you may apply for credit in your name alone.
Notice to Ohio Residents:
The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
Notice to Wisconsin Residents:
Wisconsin law provides that no provision of any marital property agreement, unilateral statement or court decree applying to marital property will adversely affect a creditor's interests unless the creditor, prior to the time that credit is granted, is furnished with a copy of the agreement statement, or decree, or has actual knowledge of the adverse provision when the obligation to the creditor is incurred.
By completing and submitting an application to SunBank, I certify that I am of legal
contracting age and that I have read, understood and agree to all of the terms stated here. I
represent that the information I provide will be true, accurate and complete.

- I authorize the SunBank to start a credit investigation based on the information voluntarily provided by me which is true and correct, and reflects all my current debts.
- To retain this application whether or not it is approved.
If I submit my application electronically, I understand that you do not guarantee the security of the data and will not be held responsible or liable for interception by third parties. I agree to be bound by the terms of the account agreement you will provide.
The following disclosures are made to you as an applicant for an SunBank (the Bank) deposit or loan product/service in order to make the product/service compliant with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign) because you are using our Internet portal (the portal) to make this application. With this in mind, you will be deemed to have made the following statements to us when you click on the "I Agree" button at the bottom of the dialog box in which this disclosure appears. In the following sections of this disclosure, all first-person pronouns (such as "I") mean the applicant for the product/service, whether one or more than one, and all second-person pronouns (such as "you") mean the Bank.
I: (a) understand and agree that I will make application for a deposit or loan product/service using the portal (my application); and (b) authorize you to accept my electronic signature on all documents I am obligated to sign just as if I had signed such documents with manual signatures.
I understand that my agreements stated in this disclosure only apply to the product/service identified in my application.
I represent and warrant to you that I have computer hardware and software that satisfies the following requirements: (a) an Internet browser capable of processing 128-bit encryption (such as Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox 3 or higher, or Safari 4 or higher); and (b) Adobe Reader version 9.1 or higher.
I understand and agree that all disclosures and documentation you are required or permitted by applicable law to give me when I make application for a product/service (the product/service documents) are provided in this online session and that I should print or save them on my computer and retain them for my records. I further understand that you will begin preparing product/service documents promptly after my application is received and approved and therefore I cannot (and will not attempt to) withdraw my agreement to receive the product/service documents in electronic form. I understand and agree that you also have the right under applicable law to change the product/service documents after giving me notice to that effect.
I understand that I may obtain a paper copy of the product/service documents by emailing email@example.com or by sending a letter to that effect to the SunBank at P.O. Box 26458, Kansas City, MO 64196, Attention Online Banking Department. I understand that you will charge me the per-page paper copy fee disclosed in the then-current product/service documents (the paper copy fee).
I understand that I may change my email address by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending a letter containing my new email address to SunBank at P.O. Box 26458, Kansas City, MO 64196, attention Online Banking Department. Any such notice shall be effective not later than three (3) business days after receipt.
I understand that you are required by applicable law to make disclosures applicable to the deposit/loan product/service to me periodically after the date of my application, such as periodic billing statements (the subsequent disclosures). If I am unable to gain access to subsequent disclosures through your e.Statements portal, you will not charge a paper copy fee. If I request paper copies of subsequent disclosures that are accessible using the e.statements portal, I understand that you will charge the paper copy fee disclosed in the then-current product/service documents.
I understand that I may withdraw my consent to receive subsequent disclosures in electronic format by emailing email@example.com or sending a letter to that effect to SunBank at P.O. Box 26458, Kansas City, MO 64196, Attention Online Banking Department. Any such notice shall be effective not later than three (3) business days after receipt. I understand that you will provide all subsequent disclosures in paper format rather than in electronic format if you receive my notice to withdraw my consent to receive subsequent disclosures in electronic form.
